Overview

Nexora is a full-stack crypto platform design — covering everything from the marketing landing page to the trading dashboard, design system, and brand identity. The brief was to create something that felt premium without being cold, and human without losing precision.

I approached this as a complete product story rather than a series of screens. Every decision — from the typeface to the motion language to the data visualisation style — was made to serve a single idea: finance should feel like it belongs to the person using it.

The Problem

Most crypto platforms look like they were designed for trading algorithms, not human beings. Dark backgrounds, neon greens, chart overload — the visual language signals exclusivity and complexity. For users entering the space for the first time, that's a barrier.

Nexora needed to break that convention while still feeling credible and serious. The design had to balance warmth with precision.

Key insight: New crypto users don't fear complexity — they fear feeling stupid. The design solution isn't simplification, it's confident guidance.

Visual Language

The palette is anchored in deep navy and warm neutrals — a deliberate departure from the neon-on-black convention. Typography pairs a geometric sans for data and a high-contrast serif for editorial moments, giving the brand a voice that can be both precise and expressive.

Full Design — Long View

Below is the complete landing page layout — designed as a single continuous scroll. This format is intentional: it mirrors the product experience itself, where hierarchy and rhythm guide the user from awareness to action.

What it delivered.

The Nexora project became one of my most viewed Behance case studies within the first month of publishing. More importantly, it became a reference point I keep returning to — a proof that financial products don't have to choose between warmth and authority.

It directly contributed to inbound interest from fintech-adjacent companies, and the design system has been adapted twice for client work since.

"The hardest part wasn't the design — it was deciding what not to include. Restraint is the real skill."
Edward Lucky Obi

If I were to redo this project, I'd spend more time on the empty states and micro-copy — the moments when users have no data yet, or when something goes wrong. That's where the brand voice really earns its keep.
